The Ratiopharm Nasal spray without preservatives has a targeted effect on the nasal mucous membranes.
The xylometazoline it contains, which has vasoconstricting properties, has a decongestant effect on the nasal mucous membranes. The nasal spray can be used in particular for colds, runny noses and allergic rhinitis. It is used to facilitate the drainage of serum in the case of sinusitis and middle ear catarrh associated with a cold.
It is easy to catch a cold or runny nose if the immune system is weakened. Your immune system can be strengthened with various means; ask our pharmacy about this. You can also strengthen your body and immune system by giving it rest and getting enough sleep. The nasal spray can be helpful here to sleep through the night and give the body the rest it needs.
The decongestant nasal spray is very suitable for treating symptoms and allows you to breathe freely again.
It should not be used for longer than 7 days.
The Ratiopharm nasal spray contains the active ingredient xylometazoline hydrochloride. Nasal spray-ratiopharm® adults. Always use this medicine exactly as described in this leaflet or as directed by your doctor or pharmacist. Ask your doctor or pharmacist if you are not sure. The Ratiopharm nasal spray is suitable for adults and school children aged 6 and over.
