You can view your order receipt at any time in your customer account. An invoice is usually included with your package. If this isn't the case, you can request one from our customer service.

Returns are generally possible, especially if an item was delivered damaged or faulty. In this case, please contact our customer service to coordinate the return.

Please note: For legal reasons, medications may not be returned for sale and must therefore be properly disposed of.

The terms and conditions for cancellation can be found on the Cancellation page. Cancellations are generally possible for medications as well – however, the purchaser is responsible for any resulting transport and disposal costs.

We ship to selected countries, including the USA, Canada, Switzerland, and the United Kingdom.
