If you are ordering from outside the European Union (e.g., to the US, Switzerland, UK, or Canada), please note that customs duties, import taxes, or processing fees may apply when importing into your country. For customer from UK : Goods under £135 customs rule. 
For customer from USA : Goods under $ 1000 customs rule. We charge the public customs fee  15%+3% directly and tranfser it to the local authority.

*US Customs notice: A shipment may be held by U.S. Customs for an extended period.U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) has 45 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) to process an item and to notify the recipient. If CBP detains a package, a letter will be sent to the recipient to explain the reason and provide specific contact information for further assistance. CBP can only track or investigate the status of a package after 45 business days from the arrival scan into customs. If the recipient has not received a detention or seizure notice within 45 business days,the recipient may write to CBP via help.cbp.gov/s/complaints and include: Name and address of the recipient (as it appears on the package), name and address of the sender (as it appears on the package), the contents of the package. Please be specific including quantity, manufacturer and value, tracking number of the package. Once CBP concludes its inquiry, the recipient will receive a response with the results of the review. Please kindly close this workflow until an out of customs scan is received or documented CBP response is available.
